The price of the product offered on any Stylex services represents the full retail price displayed on the product itself, determined by the manufacturer, supplier, or estimated at Stylex’s discretion as compared to a product offered elsewhere.
In general, we do not deduct the price of the products from your credit card until your order has reached the shipping stage. Credit card payment method is not accepted when the delivery agent arrives at the customer.

Basically, Orders placed on Stylex Jewelry online store get processed for shipping and delivery. if you notify us to cancel your order within less than 24 hours and before your order has been shipped to your country, you are eligable for cancellation. After that, we will not cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel your order. Please contact us via online chat support to cancel the order and make a refund and return the money back to you. The money will be returned back to you within two weeks to your credit or debit card. If Cash on Delivery is selected as a “payment method”, we will cancel your order in no time.
