Method One · Paper or String

Measure in three steps.

Wrap

Cut a thin strip of paper about 10 mm wide, or use a piece of string or dental floss. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger, passing over the knuckle.

Mark

Mark the point where the strip overlaps with a pen, then carefully unwrap it.

Measure

Lay the strip flat and measure its length in millimetres — that is your finger circumference. Match it to our size chart to find your ring size.
