Delivery times
Orders arrive within 1–6 days of being placed, depending on the destination country. Inside Jordan, delivery is within 48 hours — and often under 24 hours in Amman. Please provide a complete address and contact number so we can deliver without delay.
How orders are delivered
- Inside Amman: our own drivers, 3 JD — free on orders of 55 JD and above.
- Elsewhere in Jordan: via Free Time Delivery, 5 JD.
- International: via Aramex Global Express.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available up to 15 USD in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE.
International rates
- United States: 20 USD.
- Rest of the world: 25 USD.
Gift orders
We can wrap your order as a gift and remove the invoice — just leave a note at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with the exception of Syria, Palestine, and Iraq. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us — we are expanding quickly.
Holding & tracking
We can hold an order at our warehouse for up to two weeks — just let us know. For tracking, message us on WhatsApp.
