Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days we are unable to accept returns.
Exchanges
You may exchange new, unused products within 3 days of delivery. The replacement must be of equal or greater value, with any difference paid before dispatch. Items remain ours until they reach us. We may decline an exchange if a product arrives in unacceptable condition or outside the window.
Product accuracy
We show real photos and describe every product as accurately as we can. If a delivered item does not match its description, you may refuse it on delivery in its unused condition.
Cancellations & refunds
To cancel, contact us within 24 hours and before your order ships. Approved refunds are returned to your card within about two weeks. Cash-on-delivery orders can be cancelled easily before dispatch.
